Paris, December 10, 2024 – Nomadia, a mission-driven company in smart mobility and a provider of SaaS solutions for optimizing mobile teams (salespeople, technicians, delivery drivers), today announces the acquisition of Coredinate, a German company specializing in managing interventions for security, maintenance, and facility management teams. This acquisition marks a strategic milestone for Nomadia, accelerating its international expansion by entering one of Europe’s largest markets while strengthening its position as an expert in the Security and Facility Management sectors, both of which are undergoing significant digital transformation.
Coredinate: The FSM Solution for Security and Facility Managemen
Founded in 2014 and based in Uffenheim, Germany, Coredinate offers a cloud-based solution dedicated to optimizing the operational processes of field teams conducting surveillance patrols, control rounds, and maintenance or cleaning tasks. Its innovative technology enables real-time tracking of interventions, daily task management, and incident documentation through NFC-enabled mobile devices. With features such as GPS tracking, NFC tags, and an online management portal, Coredinate provides a comprehensive control system that automates and optimizes the business processes of security agents, caretakers, and maintenance technicians. This directly addresses the current challenges faced by the Security and Facility Management sectors, which, with a market that has nearly doubled in the last decade, are under pressure to reduce costs while improving operational efficiency. With strong expertise, Coredinate serves over 1,000 clients across the DACH region and the UK, including companies such as Volvo, Biontech, Klüh, KWS, and Pond Security.
A Lever to Develop Nomadia’s International Presence
This acquisition provides a strategic foothold in Germany, allowing Nomadia to enhance its already established expertise in the Security and Facility Management sectors. By integrating Coredinate’s technologies, Nomadia broadens the functional and sectoral coverage of its solutions and offers Coredinate’s clients the opportunity to leverage Nomadia’s AI optimization expertise, sector specialization, and lone worker protection capabilities. This partnership will also support Coredinate’s expansion as it seeks to enter new European markets.
“The acquisition of Coredinate fits perfectly into our strategy of diversification and international expansion. Security and Facility Management are areas where efficiency and innovation are key levers to stay competitive. We are confident that Coredinate’s expertise will enhance our existing offering in smart mobility and mobile team management.”
Maxime Dubois, CEO of Nomadia
Michael Kulig, CEO of Coredinate, adds: “I am very proud of Coredinate’s integration into the Nomadia group, which has demonstrated strong momentum in recent years and clearly expresses its ambition to become the European leader in SaaS solutions. Coredinate will benefit from this strategic synergy to drive its own development into other European markets.”
A Clear External Growth Strategy
This acquisition allows Nomadia to expand its service offering and strengthen its position in a rapidly growing market. It is also part of a series of external growth moves to accelerate Nomadia’s international expansion. Following previous acquisitions of Nomadvantage (January 2024), Synchroteam (September 2023), and Neosafe (September 2022), Nomadia plans to continue this growth strategy with additional acquisitions currently being discussed in other key European markets.
